Are my power supply voltages OK?

I'm currently troubleshooting a PC which was damaged in a recent power cut. I'm checking my PSU voltages on the 24 pin ATX connector to see if my PSU is shot, but I'm not sure what tolerances I can have before the voltages start to mess with the electronics. Perhaps someone can confirm they're OK for me? Any help much obliged. James

Readings pin by pin with what the reading should be, and the actual reading.

PIN/REQUIRED READING/MEASURED READING

1/3.3v/3.36v
2/3.3v/3.36v
3/GND/0V
4/5v/5.05v
5/GND/0V
6/5v/5.05v
7/GND/0V

9/5v/5.07v
10/12v/11.9v
11/12v/11.9v
12/3.3v/3.37v
13/3.3v/3.36v
14/-12v/-11.64
15/GND/0V

20/NA/NA
21/5V/5.05V
22/5V/5.05V
23/5V/5.05V

Thanks again.

Looks perfectly fine to me. As a general rule of thumb +/-5% is considered OK for voltage variation of electronics.
