More about 430w good enough
  1. Yes 430watt is more than sufficient for that.
  2. make sure it's a decent brand PSU though, also I would look at a phenom x4 instead, when the turbo kicks in on that CPU it basically only runs as a three core.
  3. Depends on the brand and what you're trying to accomplish with the system. Are you using the system for gaming?

If so as long as it's from a quality brand then those parts shouldn't be pulling on much. As the X6 1045T has a TDP of only 95w and the GPU require a PSU of 400 watts or greater (that's total system wattage, not GPU wattage). Granted, you'd probably be safer moving up to a quality 450w or even 500w PSU if you have a lot of drives.

If you aren't gaming or doing other taxing things on the system, then i'd say 430w is more then fine and you really don't have to look for a top notch brand.(the less stress the system is under, the less power gets pulled hence lower quality components will generally suffice in that environment).

Oh my, did you buy it already? If not I would look else where for a PSU, I love my DiabloTek case but their PSU's are garbage.
  6. If you already have the Diablotek then not a big worry since your system load is going to be around 200watts.
