I 'm going to be building a new desktop PC in the near future, primarily used for gaming and web surfing.

I am not planning on overclocking. Also I don't need SLI so I don't need a higher W PSU.

I just want to get the most reliable parts for my money. The components I am not sure about are the mb and the psu. I don't want to go my higher as this is pretty much my max budget. I don't care about case appearance so if there's a case that has better cooling / cable management please let me know.

Spend $8 more and get the EVO.

The only bad thing with that LX board is that you forfeit an x16 lane and if your future plans include SLI / Crossfire then you're SOL. I'd say drop the case to the HAF 912 and upgrade your motherboard to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128498

And then if you can get a Radeon 7850 over a GTX 560TI.
