~ $1k build; will all components fit well in case?

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Drive: Crucial M4 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6870 1GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 400R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

In particular, any issues with the 212 Evo, 4 Ripjaws RAM modules fitting well in the 400R case?

Also, any recommendations for a better motherboard? Preferably w/ USB 3.0 headers?
