I have a Phenom II X6 1055t @2.8GHz, and a MSI NF750-G55 motherboard. The motherboard supports all phenom II X6 processors at 125 max tdp, in which my processor is at. CPUz has my max tdp at 133. would this cause any problems? it has yet to do so and sure it wont, but would like to be sure.

You're fine. I don't know why CPU-Z is saying that the TDP is 133 but it is 125 Watt TDP CPU. Also here is the CPU support list for your motherboard you can see under the X6 Phenom II Thubans the 1055T is compatible with your motherboard.
