I never built one but I have been doing research I would like to know if what I have come up with to run diablo 3 on high settings is going to work. Thanks

We need you to specify your budget and what parts you don't require. For example, I can't tell whether or not you have an OS, Monitor, keyboard, speakers, and a mouse

my budget is keep it low as possible but still have a good quality running picture while playing diablo 3. I have nothing at all just a laptop so this build is the entire thing. This is the req. for diablo 3...

Windows® Vista/7 (latest service packs)
Intel® Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 5600+ 2.8 GHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® 260 or ATI Radeon™ HD 4870 or better

Ooh - that PSU has bad news written all over it. If it's not certified and rated at least 80+ bronze or better - don't buy it, I don't recommend going cheap on the PSU under any circumstances.

Try this setup:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 - $49.99
PSU: Corsair CX600 V2 - $69.99 ($20.00 MIR)
Motherboard: Intel BOXDH67CLB3 - $89.99
CPU: 3.3GHz Intel Core i3-2120 - $127.99
RAM: 8GB Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 1333Mhz 1.5V - $42.99
HD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB - $84.99
Optical: Lite On DVD Burner - $17.99
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 - $149.99 ($15.00 MIR)
Monitor: Acer S201HLbd Black 20" 5ms LED-Backlight LCD monitor - $99.99

Total: $733.91 - $35.00 MIR = $698.91

That will run circles around any AMD build and you get a far, far better case, PSU, and video card on top of that.
