CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
Hard Drive: Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD1600BPVT 160GB 5400 RPM
CD/DVD Burner: SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner 22X

PS: The case has a 300W built in power supply.

It will work, but that PSU in the case may be really bad and could blow up the system. I would get a better trusted brand PSU.

300w?!?! That's nothing!. Get a MINIMUM of 500w. Logisys is trash. Get from:
SeaSonic
XFX
Corsair
Antec

Also, BioStar isn't the best mobo manufacturer. Get from:
MSI
ASUS
ASRock
Gigabyte

No. Either buy a high-quality power supply, or save money until you have the capability to do so. I can almost guarentee that you'll lose your system within a couple months if you buy something that cheap.

I think you could do 400W, especially if you have no plans for a graphics card, but definitely get a better power supply. The one you linked would be fine.

The one linked is horrible...cooler master does not make good PSU's.

Antec + XFX will be the best choices, but for the price of that Antec case you could get a way better Mid Tower case for much less.
