Hello,

I have recently (today) put together a computer using the following parts:

Core i5 2320 1155 Chipset Processor
Asus Sabertooth P67 R3 Motherboard
4 B (2 x 2 GB) 1333mhz DDR3 RAM
Antec Three hundred Case
OCZ Stealthstream II 500W PSU
Liteon 24x SATA DVD RW Dual Layer Optical Drive
Hitachi 500GB SATA HDD

When it is plugged in there is the green MoBo power LED, but when i try to turn it on, nothing happens, no start up noises or fans going. There is currently no MoBo speaker so cant analyse using that.

I have tried a different cable, using 1 stick of RAM, taking it apart and putting it back together, this is my first build so I am worried that I have done something drastically wrong.

cheers,

Tim.

oh, I have read the thread of things to check, and there is no GPU listed as I have to wait for a converter to be delivered.

What about without any RAM? Just the CPU and HSF.
Plug in the two power connectors to the motherboard (20\24pin & 4\8pin), HSF into the CPU fan header and flip your PSU up to make sure the fan spools on it.
