can you folks tell me where the menu button is on my monitor? it is a dell. there are four dots to the right side of my monitor and the power button. when i touch the dots a lock comes up. my monitor has been fading in and out and i have no clue why its fairly new. i read somewhere to hold menu button in for 10 seconds. but i have no clue what or where this menu button is.

help???

Check out the label on (probably) back of the monitor, and type the model no. on Google. It will show you a few links to the manual for the monitor. Even the most primitive manual will show you where the buttons are.

I am not sure, the box has been thrown out and I cannot locate the booklet. It is a 23 in. is all I can tell you.
