Inspiron 560 CPU Upgrade Problem

I upgraded my CPU from Celeron 450 to QX9650 (Quadcore)

Sometimes when I boot my computer I get this error

"ERROR! The CPU core to bus ratio or VID configuration has failed
Please enter Bois setup and re-configure it "

You canCould put your Service Tag in the search box on the "System Configuration" Tab and look up a CPU compatabilty list http://support.dell.com/support/DP [...] SKTP_560MT. My guess is either the CPU isn't compatible or if it is compatible the motherboard BIOS might need to be updated.

I have updated my BIOS before upgrade and the computer works but its just annoying to click F1 to continue everytime.
