Budget Range: $1250 Before Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Surfing Interwebs, PhotoShop. I want to start video editing/photoshop as a hobby.

Are you SURE you want the 560ti 448? This will actually do BETTER than the 448, and is almost on par with the 570.

What would be better two of the 560 Ti 448 Core Classified Ultra's or one GTX 680?

I would say one 680, though 2x 448's will beat it, the 680 owns them in power consumption and memory, it's also newer.

The 448's may need 850W, I'm not sure. The 7850's will be okay.. Like I said, they will beat the 448..

A 7850 will beat a 560 Ti 448, and it has 1/2 the power consumption. No contest. Get the 7850 unless you really need CUDA.

Too bad in SLI configuration, unless you have a humungo case, the cards will likely get super hot. You get stuttering and scaling issues also.

Ivy Bride is due out April 29th and hopefully Nvidia puts out the gtx 670ti and/or gtx 660ti by then.
