Is the Graphics Card in this Gaming Laptop "Gimped"

I have been looking around for a good asus gaming laptop and I found an almost perfect one at best buy but I keep hearing things about how the gaming laptops at best buy have "gimped components" and I was wondering if this is true, I will provide other links to different asus gaming laptops I am looking at, tell me which one you think is better. I do not want to waste my money on a laptop that is possibly "gimped" and please let me know what you think I should do!

Here is the possibly "gimped" laptop

More about graphics card gaming laptop gimped
  1. What do you mean by 'gimped'?
The one from best buy is fine.
  2. Gimped as in underclocked and cheaper card resulting in a slower and bad quality card.
  3. Companys do that sometimes not the retailer.
