Advice, new gaming build (budget around $500, have GPU, HDD)

Hi, Planning on getting a cheap build in the next week. All parts are from NCIX.com

RAM:
- Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 $48.98

MOTHERBOARD:

- ASUS P8H61-M LE/CSM H61 DDR3 LGA1155 $69.99

CPU:

- Intel Core i3 2100 Dual Core $119.99

CPU HEATSINK (Overkill??)
- Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus $24.99

CASE:
- Coolermaster Haf 912 $59.99

PSU:

- Antec Earthwatts EA-650 Green 650W (may not need this high watt amount but its on sale) $69.99

Cooling fan (overkill again?)

- Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120MM Ultra Quiet Cooling Fan $19.99

Total: $413.92

I already have a 550 gtx ti (which I can upgrade later, and a 7200 RPM HDD 1TB)

I will be running windows 7 64 bit.......What does anyone think of this build? My current pc is 4 years old , and I need a better case with more airflow......I figure I may as well get a newer budget system now. Any advice would be great! Thanks.

The HAF 912 comes with enough fans. If you want to buy a fan, get a CM Fan and attach it to the Hyper 212 + for push-pull.

Lastly, is this Motherboard better? From the description, it says it has more PCI slots?
