I7 2600 only showing 4 threads!! help!!!

hey guys, just now, i noticed that only 4 threads out of 8 are being usd or shown in
device manager, task manager, and CPU-Z. please help me get back my 8 threads!!
its stressing me out

Hi, don't get so stressed out as most likely hyperthreading is turned out via your bios.
Has you cpu been overclocked, as most people turn it off to enable faster overclocks.
