I just went from an i7-930 on an ASUS P6T to an i5-3570K on an ASRock Z77 Extreme 4. I have the Thermalright Ultra120 eXtreme Rev.C, which came with mounts for both 1366 and 1155, but the 1155 mount won't fit my board...the holding mechanism for the processor on the board gets in the way of the mount's legs. I was wondering what cooling system I should get? Cheap, cool, and quiet as possible please!

It's going to depend on what you plan for overclocking , if you don't overclock and don't plan to then the stock cooler will do. I you plan on some overclock but nothing crazy then this one would do;

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 Continuous Direct Contact 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler Compatible with latest Intel 2011/1366/1155 and AMD FM1/AM3+
$30.99

If you plan on a lot of overclocking and maybe the highest you can get then you need something stronger;

Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System
$58.99 and an $8 rebate makews it $50.99

If you don't want the water cooler and you want a fan based cooler then you would have to go with thid monster;

Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler
$84.99
