First build. final list of components. need last min opinions!! please

hey everyone. im building my first gaming computer with a budget of $700 for running games like world of warcraft, diablo, etc on high settings. i also plan on using this computer for college in a year. heres a list of all my components please tell me what yall think about them! im pretty sure everythings compatible but i just want to double check. i spent so many hours researching lol so im really hopeing this is it.

Yep everything is compatible. You could even run 2 x HD7770 of that PSU.

If you want to go with a video card that is one level above the 7770 then you can go with the 6850 and because of the rebate save $10.
If you want to stay with the 7770 then you can go with the MSI card and because of the rebate save an additional $15.
Just some options for you to consider and they do save you some money.
