Just Need a Video Card

Lamost done with my new build.

Intel i7 2600k
ASUS P8Z68-v Pro/Gen 3
Corsair HX850w
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3
WD Black Caviar 1.5TB Sata 6.0

All stuffed in a Antec 900 Two v3 and cooled by an Intel RTS2011LC

All I lack is are the video cards. I say cards because I run three HD monitors so I plan to run dual cards in SLI.

For the money, I can't see a better card than the EVGA GTX 560ti 448 Classified.

Before I pull the $600 trigger, just wanted to see what you guys thought. I pretty much play all the games in the above review plus Skyrim and MW3. I don't run 3D as of yet as I don't have compatible monitors but I absolutely have to have the Vision Surround to run all three.

Thanks for your opinions fellas.

If your going to spend around 600$ for a GPu go for the 7970 buy that 30$ plug and hope its work for youe 3 monitor set-up.

If you can invest a little more wait for the 7990 and run BF3 5760x 1080p on ultra with 4AA.

You might find this benchmark usefull: http://media.bestofmicro.com/X/L/320025/original/BF3%20ultra%205760.png

2x 6970 would do the trick for a little over 600$ and no need to buy the extra cable for your monitor.
  2. Don't really want to go the AMD route, nothings against it, the games I play ate just heavier on physix so nvidia works out better for me
  3. A pair of 560Ti's in SLI are formidable, but may have trouble on ultra/1080 surround/3D. you may want to step up to a pair of 570's. They are less of a gain for the dollar, but there is still a very large performance gain. It would give you some future proofing.
