i want to buy a graphic card hd 6770 or GTS 450 and this Power Supply:

Is the power supply can hold the card together with the rest of the system?
What video card consumes less power during exercise?

6770 has the lowest power consumption but at the cost of 3D power while the gts 450 will have better 3D but higher power consumption. Either one of these cards will work in your machine based on your specs provided.

You would be pushing it kind of close, but I would say yes, it will still work.

But another problem may arise, is the quality of your PSU. Although it may be rated to run at 450w, you dont know if the power being supplied fluctuates, or if you will get consistent voltage to the graphics card. I had a PSU which would turn my pc off while gaming because it couldnt pump the juice to the card efficiantly. I would recommend getting a legitimate Power supply rather than gambling whether or not a graphics card will run.

There is no competition, the 6770 is faster in games. If your PSU can support what it is written on it, get the 6770.
