New Graphics Card!

Hey, a few days ago I was asking some questions about a new card...

And I got it a bit later than I thought, but it arrived today...

But I seem to be having some problems.

So the thing is, I don't think it's working properly (even though my current screen resolution is 1920x1080, so I do know the card is kind of working...).

For starters, temperature is extremely low, between the 35º-40ºC even when I'm running some games, and the frames are quite low (compared to the ones I had with my old and weaker card)... Another problem is the fact that it's not really showing some details on certain programs...

Pretty much all I did was uninstalling the nvidia drivers, switching the cards, and installing ATI graphics.

What should I do now?

everything is as it should be, your card is working normally. Make sure your drivers are up to date. By looking on the AMD website, and put game settings lower. You have to tell me what sort of games you are playing, and with a 1980 x 1080 resolution you will be stressing your graphics card further, that graphics card isn't all that great for new games.
