Need Help Badly With My Build

Okay so this is the problem i had my whole build done except for installing windows. I went to go and do the post boot and i come to find out that my monitor wont pick up a signal from the computer. I tested the monitor on my other desk and the monitor worked fine. i tried post booting again and still no signal. So i was wondering if any of you would know how to fix this issue.

Sounds like a RAM issue. Is the MEM OK LED light on when you power on? If not I would take one DIMM out and starting with the first slot , see if you can POST. Repeat for all 4 slots.

I have done a test boot before and it said the mem was okay but now when I try to do a test the computer won't send a signal to the monitor.
