I'm towards the end of my build budget and only have the GPU to buy now. I'm thinking about getting a 7950. Now if I overclock my i5 2500k, I will need to purchase a CPU cooler for it. Or, I could stretch out the last of my build cash and put that $75.00 to $100.00 instead towards a second 7950 for crossfire and run my 2500k at stock 3.3Ghz speed. Would the CPU become a bottleneck to those two cards in crossfire? So many decisions when building....

Buy a cheaper CPU cooler, like a hyper 212+ Evo (it will keep it plenty cool at 4.5 Ghz), about 25 bucks, then you still have 50-75 bucks to put towards a second 7950

buy a nice cpu cooler, and just slightly overclock it. Don't buy another 7950, until sometime.
