Can't access email without it stopping

Hello,
Verizon will not let me log in. When I type in user name and password, it comes up that I have used a wrong procedure. I'm typing the correct items in their boxes.

That's not fully something that someone here can solve, just try resetting the password. But really if you are having trouble logging into your account, you should contact Verizon and tell them that your password and username are not going through.
