what would make pictures look like a film negative or xray and my display is missing half the text because all colors are wrong. i cant get the colors or screen configured. i have taken computer back to out of box state twice and did personalization, and all calibration suggestions, need help with figuring this out, im def not a wiz but cant afford to get sent off and fixed

Could be incorrect drivers, a failed graphics card/igp, or a bad screen. Post specs and info that could help.
