Best CPU and Motherboard Combo?

Which one is the best for the money? I use my PC for gaming and surfing the web, watching streams and Youtube.

I don't see that many differences specification wise between the 3 mobo. They are all in the same price bracket so its a case of "bang for your buck".

They all support the i5 3570k.

They all support similar amounts of memory

The MSI has more PCIe ports than the other two, but doesn't have any of the older standard PCI ports (which doesn't really matter unless you intend to install old hardware).

The MSI also has a new, very user friendly BIOS and a very straight forward OC function "OC Genie II". From what I can tell the other two boards have the standard BIOS.

I think if it was me, I'd go with the MSI or ASUS. Leaning towards the MSI.
