Hi, i am looking for a graphics card for my build and have chosen these three, they are all within $70 (AUS) of each other and i cant decide which one to use.

AFOX HD7970- http://www.ple.com.au/ViewItem.aspx?InventoryItemID=608602&CategoryID=259

if you can pay it, and your motherboard handles SLI go for GTX590, but make sure you know this card has 2 GPU units so it will only work fully when SLI is enabled and running.

otherwise i would go for GTX 580 which is the strongest SINGLE card of those you have selected.

I would be tempted to save a few bucks and get the 7970. It is close in performance to the 590. I bet once the 7970 is overclocked it will get you even closer in performance. More VRAM, newer tech, pci-e 3. Single gpu means upgrading will be easy down the road, simply crossfire with another. The 590 is already dialed down sli 580's so adding another will be 4 way 580's which, if it's anything like quadfire 6970's, will just be a general pain in the rear finding the few games/benchmarks that are compatible.
