Cant load bios on h61m-s2pv mother board

i have installed a H61M-S2PV motherboard with a core i3 C.P.U., my problem is: i can't get into bios to set boot priority and i keep getting the error message "bootmgr is missing press CTRL+ALT+DEL" when i try to install windows 7 ultimate 64 bit onto a clean HDD, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

Your computer is trying to boot off a blank HDD, you missed the BIOS entry point. Restart the computer repeatedly pressing the Delete key until the BIOS screen comes up then do what you do.
