First build. Computer runs fine, but when put under load BSODs??

Here are my specs:
i5-3570k CPU
AsRock Pro4 Mobo
Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 4gb 10666-1333Mhz
WD Caviar green 1tb.
Corsair TX-750w

Computer would always BSOD when trying to install Windows 7 64-bit. Windows XP 32 bit would install fine. Had to remove HDD, and install Win 7 off my other computer.

The computer starts up, and runs fine(For some time) as soon as you open to many programs or put it under a "load" it will Blue Screen.

Everyone has been telling me online that it's my RAM, my friends say the CPU is shot. The RAM WORKS perfectly fine in my other computer. I even swapped ram which was also 10666-1333Mhz, and the same thing happens.

I already went through 2 Mobo's because I "thought" that was the problem. Now, it looks like I have to buy a new CPU, or Ram, but which?

Anyone know whats going on?
