Power Supply missing pin?

My 24 pin power cord to the motherboard is missing a pin, I googled it and it said the 20th pin is supposed to be gone, but my 16th pin is gone and 20th is there. No "Beep" on boot-up.

thatsounds like a btx power supply, you need an atx normally.
