Restore all recup_dir.* to my new formated HD

Hello,
i did use testdisk to extract all content of my defective HD,then i had to format that same HD. Now windows can see it. On another external HD testdisk created recup_dir.1 to recup_dir.688. How to restore all to my original HD, now that it is working fine
