im a first time builder and would like to know if this is going to be a good build and if there is going to be compatibly issues i have might over looked please help :)

Looks good, except the power supply. Raidmax is not known for good units. Get a Corsair, Antec, XFX,OCZ, or Seasonic. Also 600 watts would be plenty of power if you choose one of these Quality brands I have Listed. Here is a link to a nice Corsair unit

Yes I agree for an AMD build it looks good. I agree on the PSU also - stick to a name brand. Personally I like motherboards with built in display ports in case of problems. They're cheaper and just makes it easier to troubleshoot.
