Assuming all warranties are the same. Which should I choose? I might OC a tiny bit, but best card out of the box matters the most to me with stock clocks.

i3 2120 3.3 ghz - lga 1155
8gb ddr3
z68 mobo from gigabyte

i get 30 fps in 5 man instances, but i get around 20 fps in raids. i can't tell the difference between 30 and 60 fps, but anything lower than 30 i pick up immediately.

Are you using the built in Intel HD 2000 graphics currently? If you are, basically any of those card would be a huge upgrade for games and it comes down to price which one you pick. The i3-2120 is a fine CPU, you are GPU bottlenecked.

I'm gaming at 1920x1080p HD resolution with a MSi 5670 (Radeon)

This poor little fella has been with me through a lot and he really over performs I swear. For him to run games like WoW and Darksiders 2 as well as he does <3

Did you check the bundle shipped?. Check the one which ships more stuffs for the price tag such as HDMI cable, a game DVD,etc. Sapphire will be better in this case

if a were you, i would go the extra mile and get a 6850(i have a gibabyte 6850), it overclocks perfectly, even better than its older brother the 6870, you can check the tom's reviews.

I agree. If you can manage it, step it up to a 6850. I run an XFX 6850 right now, it's a great card that can run basically everything. Not always highest settings, but never lags on medium. Also Newegg has a deal going on that you can get a free copy of Dirt 3 with the XFX- I don't know if it's going on for other cards.

However, if I were to choose from the above though, I'd go with the 6770. The MSI cyclone is great in that it runs very cool, it is probably one of the better 550s, but the Gigabyte 6770 is what I'd go with.

Keep in mind though, that the 6770 is basically a 5770 with some more features, performance-wise, they are very similar, so if you don't currently need all the features of a 6770, you can always save some money and pick up a 5770. Compare the 5770 with the 6770 for features that match your computer's specs and what you need, then, compare the 5770 to the 550ti and see what you like. hope this helps :)

tree319 is right, 6770 is 5770 with some better video playback support for movies and bluray, other than they're pretty much the same, in the other hand there's also the 6790 option...but then again, that left you close to the 6850...
