Games will not paly CoD 3 or BF3 latest and earlygames

Hello,
Ive had it.games will not play through they will go about ten minutes then cut out or they wont play at all. i built a new system, here are the spec.
M5A99xEVO MB/ AMD FX 6 core socet AM3+/16GIG of G2 PC3-10666 1333MHz/
msi R6770 vid card/ Win7 / 600watt DA series.

Sounds like a heat issue look at CPU take it off and look at the thermal stuff see if it is evenly spread. Then redo it either way. You using stock fan or after market?
