Dell inspiron 9200 f12 does not show cd drive

cd works and is recognized - but not in one-time boot list (f12) so I cannot install from cd

check the bios and see if booting from the drive is enabled there

yes it is the primary to boot, ahead of the hard drive but does not show up in the quick boot list when i hit f12 and boots straight to the hard drive????
