in this case, are you able to remove the lower hdd bay and the plate at the bottom for a rad? and if you can, are you able to fit some super this radiator like 2 40mm thick rads with fans on top, middle, and bottom, or only a max of like 1 60mm thick with push pull config?

Solution
You can put in a 240 or 360 radiator and the number of fans will depend on the amount of space and the size of the radiators. I think you will be able to do the 60mm thick radiator with fans on the top and once you have that sized out then you could see what room is left for additional fans.
Most radiators will work fine with the one set of fans and you don't necessarily need the push pull effect unless you are doing extreme overclocking.
