typically beeping means something was not installed correctly. Verify your RAM is seated correctly and the CPU is properly installed. This can also happen if you have non compatible parts.

No I didn't say it was bad. It's just not a reliable mfg. That's a common mistake - the PSU is one of the most important parts of a build (where a lot of problems originate) and the last thing new builders think of.
