Help, Can anyone tell me where I can purchase an extremely high quality LCD computer monitor to use with a Windows PC.

Specs: 17 to 19 inches in size. Either a 10 by 16 aspect
ratio or a 3 by 4 ratio

DVI digital input

At least 1024 by 1280 resolution

At least 16.7 million colors capable

LCD panel has a fast refresh rate: < 30 millisecs.
( needs to be a Multi-Domain vertical allignment )

perhaps with both a portrait and landscape display
capability.
