Will there be a bottleneck with the ZOTAC GT 430 with the FX-4100?

No. The GT 430 will be the bottleneck there.

That's the point, actually. A GT 430 is VERY low end, so it'll bottleneck the 4100, not the other way around. You'd need to go pretty high end for the 4100 to be the bottleneck (even as relatively "slow" as it is).

Honestly, pretty much any card in your budget (whatever that may be) will be just fine.
