How to rescue a bios for P8Z77-M

My Mobo can't detect the CPU's iGPU after a bios upgrade.
Flash back to no avail. Haven't tried intel ME because I don't know how to start it
What are your suggestions?

this worked for me, it's kind of risky so it's up to you, and you have to be able to access the bios menu

prepare the bios your flashed, begin the flashing process, when it's a little ways in shut your computer off, get your previous bios and put it on a FAT usb drive, and it should recover itself
