Is this the correct way to put the 212 fan on a Silverstone Raven RV02

Looks like those 3 on the bottom are intake, so yes, that is the correct configuration.

The second one is correct. You want it pushing air up, and getting cool air from the bottom.

As long as if you have the fan on the bottom as intake or the on top as outtake you should be fine. Suggestion would be to get a 2nd fan and have a push pull on it. ( on one each side)

So do I have it right or the 2 on the bottom?

The fan should face the 3 bottom fans of the case?

Okay so I put in the GTX 680, and it clicks and fits. The only thing is...its blocking the screw holes.
Is this normal? I can't secure it with screws.

How far is it off?

1 sec..I'll take a picture. I removed it and tried fitting it - I have to put it in half way for the screw holes to show..but once I press it in - they are blocked

I don't know man, you pictures don't really help either..  

Is it normal for the video card not to align with the screw hole brackets sometimes?

I can push it up a little and align it..but that takes it off its fit. Man..why do I keep having these problems.

My mobo is ASRock Z68 Extrem3 Gen3

And video card is ZOTAC 680

it should fit in there no problem, try taking it out and align it from the top
and slowly put the card down (make sure it's fits the brackets) then slide the card in.

I already tried 10 times..taking it out and in. And even from different angles. It won't fit. The 2 holes on the brack are blocked and also the card isn't fully strapped to the bracket that way. When I put it half to 3/4 of a way in - the 2 bracket holes show but then the videocard doesn't go all the way in
