I am making a a new budget based gaming rig using Intel i5-2500 and EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support with a ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

I was wondering in order to save some money can I reuse the following parts or should I just get new?

It looks like you might be a little tight with the PSU and Mobo but it should fit. As far as the HDD goes while it is light on the capacity side and you are not utilizing the 6Gb/s sata it will still work.

Maybe go lower on the mobo and the CPU and get better GPU, PSU and HDD.

I don't trust Thermaltake as a PSU brand (had bad experience with them). If you decide not to change the PSU, then you can get i5 instead of i3.

120GB HDD will be very slow on sequential read/write task. I recommend getting a new HDD.
