I'll be able to get another 6870 in around 13 weeks. Would I still be able to buy a 6870 in 13 weeks? A Gigabyte 6870 Windforce is preferable. I live in Canada. Also, will my PSU be enough to support i5 and CF 6870?

Yes , but not well

The second pci-e x16 slot looks like it runs in x4 mode which would normally limit the second graphics card

But you may be lucky if the pci-e controller is 3.0 because then a x4 would have the same bandwidth as a x8 pci-e 2.0
