    80 PLUS BRONZE Certified
    almost as much 12 volts as the 50 more watt GS
    +12V@62A vs +12V@65A
    and fianlly the GS is made by CWT
    whereas the TX v2 is made by Seasonic

    but what is your system? The GPU card model.

    gtx 570

  4. OK, U need GTX 570 = 550W. That is what manufacture recommend as minimum.

    But if u have good PSU, even 450W will do fine.

    In your case, I would get SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
