Should i go with i5 or i7?

i was going to go with i7-3770k but i wanted to save money so i was thinking about the i5-3570k. can i still get great performance with the 3570k if i overclock? enough for video editing and a little gaming?

    yep you will still get great performance.....the only way you will see a difference between an i5 and i7 is if you run heavily threaded apps....I recently built a machine for video editing and audio recording and I used that i5 and it blazes through everything they have thrown at it.

    I just build PC with this mobo and I like the BIOS, its looks like this.

    Works as expected @ 4.4GHz



    That is a great mobo choice for the CPU. It has good power design for OC.
