5870 card detect a non-existing display on every startup

Title says it all basicaly. My Geforce 5870 card detect a non-existing display on every startup. My main display is a Dell 24", but after boot, if I swipe the mouse over to the right, I loose it into a non existing display "space"... Very anoying. When I use Windows 7 detection utility, it delete that secondary display (CTR). When I use the CCC control panel detection utility, it detect it and bring it back.

Man... am I tired of searching for a solution....

PC is a Dell Studio 9100 - I7 930

Up do date graphic drivers.
