Hello!

I have a AMD Phenom ii x4 965Be, when i'm playing games the temp varies.

My Minecraft CPU Temp is: 59c
My Dirt 3 CPU Temp is: 63c

I heard people saying that 60 below is the max core temp?

I also have stock cooler.
I also am using Arctic Silver 5.

Who said that?
The max core temp (tcase) is around 70-110oC depending on what CPU you have got.
Your load temps are fine, especially with a stock cooler.
People say that 60oC or around 65oC is good, 50-60 is better, anythink below excellent for heavy load temps.

A seen it on a couple of forums. So me getting 65 or less is ok?

62oC is a little 'low' for a max temp unless AMD are being careful?
Maybe thats the danger area, according to this site, the critical area is 62-71oC- AMD Phenom ii x4 965Be

But if you are scared of damaging your CPU then you could buy a aftermarket heatsink like this- http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-RR-910-HTX3-G1-130-...

That one would be fine.
No, you won't need to upgrade your PSU, you only need to power the fan.

You temps have improved, they are good temps, you are in the 'safe zone'.

The voltages are fine, looks like your fan is spinning fast..

Probably a good thing, trying to cool your CPU down.
Stock heatsinks are small.....

The termination temprature in Phenom ii is arround 101 c.

You have really good temps for a stock cooler is sure you will do much better with an aftermarket.
