Stock amd heatsink wont remove

i have un done the laxhes and unscrewed the blue thing but it still wont come off here are some pics:

I normally shake it off if that makes sense, your not meant to take the blue thing off, thats there to secure the heatsink.

Your thermal paste might be dried up, try tapping the heatsink a little or try warming it up alittle.

With all the latches and screws undone, try twisting it. If it still isn't coming away, correctly fasten all the screws etc up, run the system for a few minutes to heat up the CPU, then try again.

DO NOT run the system with the heat sink partially off unless you really want an excuse to upgrade early.
