iwant to know is my cpu is normal my idle temp of cpu is 38 and whenplaying games on it reaches to 65 is it normal mine have fx 8150 stock cooler

Don't apply more, reapply it.
If it still goes to 71oC then get an aftermarket cooler.

I think 65c is pretty normal actually. It wouldn't hurt you CPU.
