OC GPU & profiles

Hi all, I recently over clocked my video card.
If I open the CCC in the Administrator acct profile I get the OC settings.
If I open the CCC under a standard user account the default settings are displayed.
I'm confused because I only have 1 GPU, shouldn't the overclocked settings remain the same for all users?
Their are no profile's saved anywhere.

I would just set the overclocked settings on all of the accounts. Not sure why that isn't carrying over, sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
