First time builder

Hi i am looking to build my own computer and have been reading alot of posts and articles around the web to help me choose the components and i need some help making sure that everything is compatable and if there are any suggestions to improve the build. i have a budget of around £700 but at a push £800.

I'd just go with this setup:

CPU: i5-3750k
Mobo: ASRock Extreme4 Z77
GPU: 7850
PSU: Silencer Mk II 750W
Case: Corsair 400R or HAF 912
HDD: A 1TB $100 7200rpm
RAM: 8GB of DDR3-1600 CAS9 1.5v $45 G.Skill RAM
Win7

I think that's about 750... not certain
