RAM - I'd drop the toothy, tall heat sinks and get low profile versions.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=-1&IsNodeId=1&Description=560%20ti%20900mhz&bop=And&CompareItemList=147|20-233-196^20-233-196-TS%2C20-233-186^20-233-186-TS%2C20-233-199^20-233-199-TS

GFX - 7970 can't cut it against the 680 ....costs more / performs less

Case - No front USB 3 port is unforgivable in this day and age.

MoBo - MoBo has a chinsy 2 year warranty which is a deal breaker for me....

PSU - I'd get a HX650 (only 550 needed but no real cost savings dropping further) if ya sure never gonna SLI. I would advise against it though, especially since ya buying a SLI capable board.

I'd get a Corsair 500R w/ HX850 if overclocking GFX and CPU.

I'd also be getting a 120Hz monitor.

first off, I like the 7970, it's single card performance is awesome!!! Consider a decent aftermarket cooler, Corsair H-80 or H100 (if the HAF will allow the H-100 to mount) Your RAM choice looks good, but, I like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226199 .

Your Harddrive pick is nice, I would consider OCZ or Corsairs caching options to enhance them:
